SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be forwarded to our international suppliers for fulfillment and shipment.

Shipping Time Because we work with global suppliers (including AliExpress-based vendors), shipping times vary. Most orders arrive within:

  • 10–20 business days for U.S. customers

  • 10–30 business days for international customers In some cases, shipping may take longer due to customs delays, high order volume, or carrier issues.

Tracking Information Tracking numbers are provided as soon as they are available. Some tracking numbers may take 3–7 business days to update. International shipments may show limited tracking until they reach your local postal service.

Multiple Packages If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because we ship directly from multiple suppliers to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices.

Incorrect Address Policy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stuck Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier. If your package is stuck in transit for more than 45 days, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Delays Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, high seasonal volume, or international carrier issues. We appreciate your patience with international shipping.
